Commercial email rules include accurate headers, a physical address where required, and a clear way to opt out. You must honor opt-outs. Nothing in our product removes those obligations.

EU / UK (GDPR & ePrivacy)

Unsolicited B2B outreach may require a lawful basis and transparency. Assess whether your messages are truly relevant and expected; avoid scraping or processing personal data without a valid ground.

Platform rules

LinkedIn, email providers, and sequencers have separate acceptable-use policies. Violations can lead to account restriction independent of Outboundly.

Good practice

Target narrowly, personalize truthfully, limit volume, and stop when asked. AI drafts are not an excuse for spam.
